Festival season is officially in full swing at the moment and with awards season around the corner, October is starting to look like full-on campaign mode in action.
Dale (Letterboxd) and I (Letterboxd) squeezed in some time during the week just before VIFF kicked off, hence no Colleen joining us this month, to look ahead at the October releases which offer up a nice mix of high-brow entertainment, awards hopefuls and even an anti-hero to keep us on our toes.
