Hellboy 2 is indeed great and while it didn't make my final list, I'm glad to see it get some love somewhere. Some of the coolest creatures I've ever seen and Ron Perlman is all kinds of cool.
These are two very unique lists, by the way. Nice to see!
I really, really, really want to see SITA SINGS THE BLUES. Gorgeous looking promo materials….
Just started the show, but wanted to say, Leeny, totally forgot about the Raiders Adaptation. Good call and definitely worthy of being an honorable mention. For me, it did play theatrically for the first time (I'm pretty sure) in 2008, so it counts!
I'm going to have to add an addendum to my list to include that.
and to Marina: GREAT call on Silent Light. Fucking gorgeous and a director that I am forever a fan.
and to Tricia: marry me.
Yeah, I met Uwe Boll too. I didn't get to talk to him much, but he was a super nice guy and very charismatic. He makes shit movies but hey, I like the guy.
Oh and forgot to mention I too am really looking forward to Monster Slayer for some reason. Glad to hear you enjoyed it. Colleen, if you can find "Trailer Park of Terror," definitely check it out. I'm pretty sure it's available on DVD right now.
Last thing… the annual shallow list is coming. I haven't found time yet to put it together. It will be coming shortly though. Look for it!
*eagerly anticipating the shallow post*
@Andrew Trailer Park of Terror is now Zipped. Thanks
My goodness Trailer Park of Terror was pretty ridiculous. Coleeny – you are going to *love* it!
