It’s been a few weeks since we last touched base but a lot has happened since Marina (@themarina) and Ashley (@ashleylynch) counted down their favourite movies of 2021.

Many movies and much TV has been watched and Marina has even made the trip to the theatre for the first time in two-and-a-half years! There were almost tears of joy! Now, onto the goods!

Girls on Pop – Episode 24: Why Do You Hate Joy?

Anyone who says 2021 wasn’t a good year for film clearly didn’t watch enough movies.

Case in point: Marina (@themarina) and Ashley (@ashleylynch) may often agree on the movies they like but their favourite films of 2021 lists only shares one title in common. That’s definitely an indication that there were not only a lot of good movies to choose from but judging from these lists, alos a little something for everyone.
